SNF serves youth athletes 6th-12th and adult athletes college age+.
One-on-one training is a great place for youth athletes to start if new to strength training, seeking a little more focused assistance and personalized programming, or if returning to activities post injury. One-on-one training is also preferable to adult athletes seeking out a personalized strength training program with a trainer providing constant assistance and guidance each workout session.
Open Sports Performance
These classes are designed for youth athletes focused on sport performance based goals. Workouts are programed for athletes to make improvements in power/speed and strength and are applicable for all sport realms; basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer, track, tennis, swim, lacrosse, equestrian, etc.
Open Strength
These classes are designed for adult athletes that are willing to workout in a group setting.

Team training is the ultimate vision to provide quality strength and conditioning coaching to our local high school sport programs. Lynnette designs a training program for the teams and comes to your high school weight room to apply instruction for all ALL athletes within the sport program; ex. basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer, track, tennis, swim, lacrosse, equestrian, etc. Team training is typically a pre-season and/or post-season commitment of 2x/week for 3 months.
"Macronutrients and mindset!" Nutrition coaching addresses mindset as much as the "how to" for best supporting your body within an aesthetic or performance based goal. From learning ideal daily macronutrient intake (protein, carbs, fat), total daily caloric intake needs based on activity level/the goal, to proper supplementation, hydration, and even how our hormones can impact and correlate to what we eat. Connect with Lynnette for nutrition coaching sessions in person or virtually.
Clients receive a personalized monthly workout plan based goal(s), current level of ability/fitness, and accessible equipment - whether full gym access or no equipment at all, a program can be created! A verbal review/instruction and/or video demonstrations of prescribed exercises are included, and follow/track your prescribed workouts via a provided workout log/journal. When her training schedule and family life as a busy Mom has allowed, Lynnette has been strongly involved in coaching basketball at the youth and high school levels for nearly two decades now. She is willing to offer her time to coach, so if in need, just reach out and ask and it may work schedule wise.
