“Netty” by childhood nickname, added to a lifetime of sweating via athletics, training, and coaching and "Sweaty Netty" was jokingly born, but then it stuck, and the business name was born!
After an extensive athletic career of her own, and with an "always an athlete" mentality, Lynnette strives to lead the healthiest (and strongest) lifestyle possible and finds a true passion in helping others to do the same.
If you have a strength or sport performance based goal(s) Lynnette would love the opportunity to help you reach them!
and comes from a close family of five. Growing up she was always an extremely active and energized individual, and quickly found athletics as a way of putting her abundance of energy into good use.
Lynnette went to Oregon City High School where she played a variety of athletics, but basketball always remained her true love and main focus. She played basketball under Brad Smith and Carl Tinsley, during a time where the program had just claimed a national title and remained nationally ranked during a run as the local powerhouse program for nearly two decades. During Lynnette's time, the program claimed three more state championship titles and Lynnette earned a full ride Division I athletic scholarship to Boise State University. Lynnette had a successful collegiate career as point guard for the Broncos and graduated from BSU in December of 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science-Health Promotion.
With her continued high energy, extensive athletic background, and passion for health promotion and athletics, she found herself naturally attracted to helping others achieve their health, strength, and sport performance goals.
Lynnette is happily married to her high school sweetheart and best friend. They are proud parents to three busy boys and their family dog. While Lynnette will always have a rooted love for basketball, she spends most of her "down" time these days being active with her family. Personally she enjoys strength training, tennis and pickle ball, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, triathlons, hot yoga, travel (especially anywhere with sunshine and warm beaches), and really anything that involves being active.
As a family focused individual, Lynnette’s passion for health reflects in her goal to live life to the fullest with the people you love. To Lynnette, SNF clientele and athletes truly become a part of her extended family.
