After getting to know her, most people just call her “Netty”. Hence the business name.

Lynnette was raised in Oregon City, Oregon. Lynnette comes from a close family of five, an older brother, younger sister, and two incredible parents! Growing up she was always an extremely active and energized individual, and quickly found athletics as a way of putting her abundance of energy into good use.

Lynnette went to Oregon City High School where she played basketball for the number one high school team in the nation; winning two state championships and earning a full ride Division I basketball athletic scholarship to Boise State University. At Boise State, Lynnette quickly became a leader as the point guard for the Broncos, starting every game of her college career until injury forced her to retire just before her senior year. Despite three major knee surgeries, Lynnette had many great athletic experiences at Boise State. When not in a classroom or on the court, Lynnette was a part of many community service programs, worked with children as a nanny for two families, held an internship at a local nursing home, and worked one on one with young female athletes (basketball specific) within the Boise area.

She graduated in December of 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science/Health Promotion. Lynnette intended to continue on to the School of Physical Therapy at Pacific University Oregon, but decided to take a short break from the "realm of therapy", primarily because of her extensive personal journey within that field during the last year of her athletic career. With her continued high energy, extensive athletic background, and passion for disease prevention, she found herself naturally attracted to personal training...and never looked back!

Lynnette has been training since April of 2007, and in that time has worked with a wide variety of client needs. Among the many realms of health and fitness, her strongest passion lies within; real food nutrition, children’s health (childhood obesity), adult weight loss (disease prevention and lifestyle enhancement), athletic performance (basketball specialty), and elderly care.

In 2008 Lynnette reunited with her Oregon City girls basketball family working as an assistance coach and the primary strength and conditioning coordinator for the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons. In the 2008-2009 season the Pioneers reclaimed their title as State Champions, and in the 2009-2010 the Pioneers took 3rd at State, with a 28-1 record for the season. Coaching is a year round commitment within the Oregon City program, and after 2 years of coaching Lynnette made the tough decision to not continue coaching so she could focus more of her time and energy on her growing business and family.

Lynnette is happily married to her high school sweetheart and best friend. They are proud parents to three busy boys under the age of six, as well as a loving Labrador retriever dog. As a family focused individual, Lynnette's functional training techniques reflect her own passion for living life to the fullest with those you love the most.

She is ready to give each client 110%, expecting only that each client gives their best effort in return, no matter what, and she will take care of the rest!
